Welcome to the Sunday Class Website
Sunday Class is an initiative of Prof. SVM Satyanarayana. The classes are at the postgraduate level in the Physics subject. For the last 27+ years, the Sunday class is helping the students for deeper understanding of Physics and for preparing CSIR National Eligibility Test for lectureship and Junior Research Fellowship.
The classes were held at the seminar hall of Nuclear Physics department, University of Madras, Chennai. After the COVID times, the classes are being held in online mode.

Sunday Class for CSIR NET Physics
Sunday classes are being conducted currently via online zoom meetings. Every Sunday from 10 AM to 1 PM, the classes are conducted. Occasionally problem solving sessions are conducted in the afternoon sessions.

Q. How to attend the sunday class?
Currently, the sunday classes are running in online mode. Use the Zoom platform in your mobile/laptop/desktop to connect to the class using the ID and passcode provided by the whatsapp group. To join the whatsapp group of sunday class please fill out the Google Form given in this website. If you have any queries please contact Dr.
Q. Is there any fees?
Sunday class is completely free. It is volunteered activity to help the students from the rural background to compete in the national level examinations.
Q. How about attendance and exams?
Since the Sunday class is a volunteer activity, we do not track the attendance of the participants. However we request the students to continuously participate which will benefit and provide transforming result in the long run.
